1. Overview
EagleLense Security ("we", "our", "the store") operates an online store supplying Dahua surveillance products to customers within South Africa. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.
2. Products & Availability
We sell authentic Dahua products sourced through authorised South African distributors. Product specifications, images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to manufacturer updates or distributor availability.
All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR).
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed or shipped.

No cash-on-delivery unless stated otherwise.
4. Order Processing & Lead Times
Orders are processed once payment reflects. Most items are shipped within 2–5 business days, depending on stock availability. Some products may be purchased on order from suppliers, which may extend lead times.
You will be notified if any delays occur.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide using trusted couriers. Delivery times depend on location and courier schedules.
Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information. We are not liable for courier delays, but will assist in resolving delivery issues.
Risk passes to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.
6. Returns & Warranty
All Dahua products come with a standard manufacturer or distributor warranty. Warranty duration may vary per item and will follow the terms set by the authorised supplier.
Warranties do not cover:

Water damage (unless camera is IP-rated and used as specified)
Tampering or unauthorised repairs
Returns for defective products must follow the supplier’s RMA process and may require assessment before replacement or repair is approved.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless approved in writing and may be subject to restocking fees.
7. Installation Responsibility
We sell equipment only and are not responsible for improper installation. If recommended installers are used, they act independently and are not agents of EagleLense Security.
8. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, damages, or security breaches that occur before or after installation of products.
Our products are a security tool and do not guarantee prevention of crime.
